Dr. Natalya Modlin earned her BS degree in Biology from Baruch College of the City University of New York, which she graduated cum laude in 1998. Following her graduation, Dr. Modlin taught Biology classes at Baruch College as an adjunct professor. With a strong educational background and passion for health care, Natalya realized that dentistry was her calling. She applied and was accepted into the prestigious dental program at NYU College of Dentistry, which she graduated in 2003 with a degree in Dental Surgery. Upon receiving her DDS degree, Natalya completed her General Practice Residency at Lutheran Medical Center in New York and worked there for one year as a general dentist. After her residency, and for over 10 years, Dr. Modlin worked at a few private dental practices in New York and New Jersey area, cultivating and refining her knowledge and skills in the area of Restorative and Cosmetic dentistry.
A number of years ago, Dr. Modlin was working at a very large group practice in Midtown Manhattan, where she realized that she can better serve her patients in her own, smaller, but very personal and dedicated dental practice. She opened her New Broadway Dental practice in 2012 with the intention of “creating a world-class dental care service with the highest level of patient satisfaction, utilizing modern technology and informed decision making and always keeping the interests of the patient in mind”. Dr. Modlin’s practice emphasizes restorative and aesthetic dentistry, periodontics, and emergency dental care, but what separates her practice from the rest are the people she attracted to work at her practice. Only the most caring, friendly and professional doctors and supporting personnel are assembled here to provide the world-class dental care and pleasant experience.
Dr. Modlin enjoys continued education with focus on improved treatment approaches, new materials and better, long-term results. She completes more than 50 hours of continuing education per year and is committed to being a voice for progressive dentistry and informed patients. She understands that for many people, a trip to the dentist can cause anxiety. With that in mind, Dr. Modlin strives to make your trip to the dentist as comfortable as possible. Natalya was once a fearful dental patient herself and she understands what you may be going through while receiving your treatment and is compassionate to your needs while at the office.
